You agree to follow preparation instructions, safety instructions, re-entry instructions, sanitation recommendations, exclusion recommendations, and other service-related guidance provided by Yale Pest. Pest control outcomes may depend on property conditions, customer cooperation, weather, sanitation, construction issues, neighboring properties, and other factors outside our control.
Payment terms are as stated in the applicable quote, invoice, service agreement, or customer account. You agree to pay all charges for services you authorize. Late payments, returned payments, or collection activity may be subject to additional fees or remedies permitted by law and by the applicable service agreement.
You agree to use our website and customer portal only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with site operation, access systems without authorization, upload malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use the website or portal in a way that violates applicable law or harms Yale Pest or others.
