• Yale technicians will recommend steps and procedures to follow to help eliminate conditions conducive to Carpenter ants. These recommendations may include: Keeping gutters and leaders clean and free of debris, Storing fire wood away from the house-covered and off the ground, fixing and repairing moisture problems and/or leaks and keeping trees and vegetation cut back away from the house. Our treatment will include Crack, crevice and void treatments, dusting of pipe chases and wire chases, use of baits and exterior treatments.
